The webinar will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Provide tips for choosing a tax preparer<\/li><li>Explain the types of paid preparers<\/li><li>Describe how to use the IRS Directory of Federal Tax Return Preparers<\/li><li>Discuss how to avoid &#8220;ghost&#8221; tax return preparers<\/li><li>Review how to make a complaint about a tax return preparer<\/li><li>Explain the third-party authorization process<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There will also be a question and answer period where participants can pose questions to the IRS presenters.
